Team 355

It’s what the Reno Rodeo does the other 355 days of the year!

The Reno Rodeo is a not-for-profit event held each June in Reno, Nevada. The Reno Rodeo relies on the support of our local community in the form of sponsorship and ticket sales to produce 10 days of outstanding entertainment. Over one thousand talented volunteers produce the Reno Rodeo. They spend the other 355 days of the year – hence the name Team 355 – supporting the Reno Rodeo Foundation.

The Reno Rodeo Association is committed to giving back to the community through the support of special events and through the financial contributions made by the Reno Rodeo Foundation.

In 2016 Team 355 “Hats and Boots Brigade” volunteered 2,400 hours to support the Reno Rodeo Foundation in our community:

  • Community Blood Drive

  • Community Christmas Toy Distribution

  • 12 Nuggets of Christmas Tree Lighting

  • Cottonwood Elementary Nevada Day Assembly

  • Skechers “Bobs” Shoe Distribution

  • Denim Drive Clothes Collections

  • Denim Drive Benefit Concert

  • Denim Drive at UNR Wolf Pack Football & Basketball Games

  • Denim Drive New Clothing Sorting and Storage

  • Foster Family January Denim Distribution

  • Foster Family Back-to-School Denim Distribution

  • Many of the Reno Rodeo Foundation events that include the “Roping Dummy Road Show”.  Children of all ages are encouraged to try their hand at roping “steers”, stick horse barrel racing and occasionally meeting horses.
